Builds and deploys endorsed networks and communities of interest (leveraging SharePoint / Yammer/Other KM Platforms).Collates all product and platform knowledge, client content, scripts for the chatbots creates and supports client needs and projects. Creates, captures, organizes, and assesses knowledge assets for enterprise use. Coordinate with cross-functional organizations to align KM strategy with broader organizational learning strategies. Develops a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices and leverages tooling and process advancements. Builds and drive the culture of knowledge sharing within site overdriven and serves as the advocate for KM initiatives within site operations. Supports the development and implementation of training on KM processes and tooling. Evaluates, revises, and continuously improves the KM Framework workflow.
Primary Skill
sDevelop strategies for long-term, sustainable systems to support the delivery of instruction. Recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance Knowledge Management operations.Help disseminate information about the organization's knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations.Secondary SkillPlan, develop, stand up, support, and promote collaborative tools and techniques such as communities of practice to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.Must possess a Knowledge Management ecosystem and functionalities knowledge of learning and development policies, programs, and processes.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
